Getting the chance to look around the Porsche collection of Mark Wegh at Porsche Centrum Gelderland felt like opening the door to a private dream garage. I came prepared, of course, with a whole bag full of model cars. Police Porsches, a 356 Speedster, and several favorites ready for photo duty.
I spent hours walking around, matching model cars with the real thing and hunting for the best angles. One of my favorite series from that visit featured the bright yellow GT4, which looked fantastic in photos. The whole place was packed with Porsche history, character and detail, so it was almost impossible to stop shooting.
There were also Herbie Beetles on display, which were fun to see, even if they do not belong on MiniFlatSix. Porsche only, house rules.
This visit was one of those rare moments where time disappears and all you want to do is keep making photos.
